Quality Assurance Specialist (Mobile Games)

Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the systematic testing of various mobile game titles on different platforms to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards. Your main goal will be to identify bugs, game defects, and any other issues that may negatively impact the user experience. You will work closely with product and development teams to report your findings and verify fixes, ensuring that our games are polished and ready for release.

Job Duties:

Follow test plans to complete QA for each game version release.

Develop and execute new test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements if the need arises.

Identify, document and report test results in a timely manner using provided systems for test result reporting and bug tracking.

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Report and provide feedback for development teams to identify and resolve defects by drafting & reviewing software requirements and specifications documents.

Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Assist in the creation of test tools and processes to improve the QA pipeline.

Job Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in quality assurance in mobile application testing is preferable.

Associate Degree / Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent.

Basic knowledge in mobile game play and applications.
-
Be responsible, motivated, detailed minded, organized and proactive.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Detailed oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and a methodical approach to problem solving
-
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Digital Marketing Manager

Job Duties:

Have the know-how on user acquisition channels for mobile games globally, particularly in HK, TW, US and JP. Have the experience in Facebook Ads management is a MUST;
-
ROI-driven. Manage user acquisition, creative creation, and budget allocation for different Ads Networks to yield the best ROI;
-
Very sensitive to numbers. Track the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns and implement continuous improvements and optimization;
-
Work independently. Proactively source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels;
-
Prepare regular reports or relevant documentation;
-
Account servicing with external partners/ Ads Networks.
Job Requirements:

Min. 5 years of experience in related field of digital marketing/media buying/mobile user acquisition campaign management;
-
Experience in account serving and offline marketing is a plus;
-
High familiarity with online social networking tools (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and user acquisition channels;
-
Fluent communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin;
-
Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision-making;

Outstanding written and oral communication skills;

Reliability, ability to work under tight deadlines;
